I have an idea!! The knitting I'm doing is really not going to pay the bills any time soon. I wanted to get into pet portraiture because I know first-hand how people spend an astonishing amount of money on their pets. I am one of those who will spend way more money on my kitty than I will spend on me. So! Custom knit pet apparel. Awesome, no? I need to get my affairs in order and figure out how to keep accounts and grrrrrrr type stuff before I develop this idea into anything presentable. MY iPAD COMES ON FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woo HOO!!! I'll be using it to keep track of everything and take pictures and suchlike type things. Presentations will be SO much easier when I can show a picture instead of hunting around in an over-stuffed bag for samples. I'll have samples, of course, but I can show pictures first and then if there's interest, show the sample. Oh and showing off my watercolor portfolio will be a tap! like a snap, but even easier!!!
